A new look website is now available for M&S customers
Over the past few months, Marks and Spencer has been conducting some research and compiled together a thorough audit of the site. Having taken these findings on board, they’re pleased to unveil the new and improved Marks and Spencer website
The new site went live on 13 October with loads of new and added benefits designed to enhance their customers journey and ultimately increase conversions and traffic.

- You can now see what the products really look like with more photos on the product page, including alternative views and close-ups
- Every swatch is a close-up of the fabric, showing accurate colours and patterns
- Relevant search results – Quicker for customers to find what they’re looking for
- Make an informed decision. Customers will see all the information they need before they buy. Delivery options, returns policy, customer reviews and product details, all together on the product page
- Shop without getting lost – Whether you’re adding an item to their basket or viewing something in the you may also like section, you’ll stay on the same page

As part of the site refresh launch, there will be a Free Delivery offer with no minimum spend to coincide. This will be live from 13th October through to the 26th October.
